If you are affiliated with any government, police, investigative, ANTI-Piracy Group, RIAA, MPAA, Universal, Fox, any other movie production company or video game console manufacturer or distribution company or group, or were formally a worker of one, you are not allowed to connect to any server in the Auswave-IRC network. If you enter you are not agreeing to these terms and you are violating code 431.322.12 of the Internet Privacy Act signed by Bill Clinton in 1995 and that means that you CANNOT and WILL NOT threaten my ISP(s) or any person(s) affiliated with this network wheather said affiliation is dircet or indirect. Auswave-IRC specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services. IRC Administrators reserve the right to deny access to the IRC Network and / or any of its other resources, including but not limited to channel services, technical mailing lists, web-based services, and telnet services without notice. Rules Each user is responsible to know and follow the rules as outlined below. These rules are enforced whether or not you are aware of them. * No user shall have any right to access this network. Access to Auswave-IRC is a privilege, not a right. If you are found in violation of this policy, you will be removed and banned from the network. * No user shall be allowed more then 3 concurrent connections to the network. This rule may be adjusted to the networks current defense condition, upon connection. * A client may not be connected to the network, and not be connected to a channel on the network. The reason for this is to help detour malicious bots and users. Auswave-IRC will randomly disconnect and/or ban clients of which are not currently in a channel on the network. * Open proxies are prohibited on the Auswave-IRC network. Any and all users will be scanned randomly upon connection for open proxies. If it is determined that you are connected via an open proxy, your connection to the network will be terminated, and you may also be banned from the network. We reserve the right to scan any host/IP that connects to our network. * Bots ARE allowed on the network, as long they are not malicious in any way. Some of the servers on the network may not allow bots on their server. It is required and is your responsibility to make sure that your bot is connected to a server on Auswave-IRC that allows such a connection. Server administrators reserve the right to disconnect the connection to the network of any bot not in compliance to this rule. * The abuse of any IRC Operator or services provided on this network may result in a network-wide ban. We do not allow our IRC Operators to abuse clients. We, at the network, request and require the same in return. * The AUP/MOTD/Rules may be added to or revised at any time, without notice to a client. It is the client's responsibility to completely understand the rules of this network. The network rules shall apply regardless if the client is aware of them or not. BotService reserves the right to remove our bot from a channel for any reason, and without prior notice. 2. The owner of the channel may request the removal of our bot at any time, and we will comply with that request as soon as possible. 3. Changing a channel's name or owner will result in BotService removing the bot; it can be re-applied for, however. 4. Any of the following things will cause cause BotService to remove a bot from a channel: * Kicking or banning the bot, or removing its access from Channel Services. * Kicking or banning BotService members, who come to your channel to solve problems with the bot. * Not co-operating with BotService members who are trying to solve a problem with the bot in the channel. * Using the bot for mass advertising, or for any activity that is in conflict with Channel Services policy. * Abusing the bot. * Losing control of the channel. Other Points: 1. Channel Owners are responsible for all events that happen on the channel. 2. BotService is not accountable for anything that happens on your channel. 3.
